These terms apply to Board Readiness Central (“the site”). By using the site you agree to what follows. If you don’t, please stop using the site.

What we offer

A library of concise documents for advisors and companies, and a free diagnostic that issues a certificate at a perfect score. We may add, edit or retire documents.

Purchases & delivery

• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in the checkout.
• After payment you receive time-limited download links to the formats we publish (PDF, DOCX, EPUB, Markdown, HTML). A receipt is emailed to you.
• Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, sales are final. If a file is broken or missing, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Licence

Documents are for the personal, professional use of the buyer. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the documents in whole.

Not advice

The library provides frameworks and general information. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that matter.

Diagnostic & certificate

The free diagnostic is a self-assessment. The certificate acknowledges a perfect score on the version of the questions taken at that time. It is not a professional qualification.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, scrape or abuse the site, and don’t use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date on this page.
